// Wallet-aware chat
Built for web3 teams
Your operators see a wallet's public activity.
If your customers use crypto wallets, a visitor can choose to connect one in the chat. Your operators then see the address, its network and its recent public activity, read from public on-chain data. It saves a round of questions about which wallet and which network.
The visitor chooses
Connecting a wallet is optional and the visitor starts it. Browser wallets are found through the EIP-6963 standard.
Public data only
Operators see what anyone can see on a public blockchain explorer: the address, the network and recent public activity.
Read only
ATON Desk reads public on-chain data through a read-only connection. It does not move funds.
Useful for
- Support for wallets, apps and games
- Checking which network a visitor is on
- Seeing whether a transaction a visitor mentions has appeared on chain
