How AI is counted
An AI conversation is a conversation in which the AI agent replied at least once. However many messages it takes, it counts once.
Per workspace, per month
Your plan's allowance is shared by your whole workspace and starts again each month.

You are told at 80% of your allowance and again at 100%.

Add a pack of 250 for $99, or turn on overage at $0.50 each up to a cap you choose. With neither, the AI agent stops and your team takes the conversations.
Questions about pricing
What counts as an AI conversation?
A conversation in which the AI agent replied at least once. A conversation your team answers without the AI does not count.
Is there a free trial?
When it opens, yes: the Business plan for 14 days, with no card. ATON Desk is not open to customers yet.
Is there a free plan?
When it opens, yes. The Free plan has two seats and shows “Powered by ATON Desk” on the widget.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Every paid plan can be billed monthly or annually. Annual billing costs less per seat.
Where do I pay?
Inside ATON Desk, under Settings, then Billing. Stripe handles the payment as the seller. This website does not take payments.
What is a seat?
A seat is one person on your team who answers conversations in ATON Desk.
What happens when we use all our AI conversations?
You are warned at 80% and at 100%. You can add a pack of 250 for $99, or turn on overage at $0.50 each up to a monthly cap you set. Overage is off until you turn it on, and with neither the AI agent stops and your team takes the conversations.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise starts at $115 a seat a month, billed annually, with a minimum of 10 seats. Talk to our sales team and we will put together a plan for you.
Which currency do you charge in?
Canadian dollars, for every plan and add-on.
Billing lives inside ATON Desk
Choose your plan, seats and add-ons in your workspace under Settings, then Billing. Stripe processes every payment as the seller.
