ATON Desk is not open to customers yet. It runs for Atheron's own support, on our own sites, which is how we find the rough edges before you do. The prices below are the prices it will be sold at, in Canadian dollars. Ask us to tell you when signup opens and we will, once.

What we do not do yet
Said here rather than left for you to discover. ATON Desk is new, and these are the things the older tools on this page do and we do not.
- You cannot buy it today. Customer signup is not open, so everything below is what ATON Desk will be sold at and not something you can put on a card this afternoon.
- No phone channel. Nobody can call you through ATON Desk, and nothing on our roadmap changes that this year.
- Text messages, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and Discord are built and switched off. The chat on your website is the one channel at launch.
- No marketplace of ready-made connectors. There is an API, webhooks and API Plus for higher limits, and that is the whole integration story today.
- No outbound campaigns, product tours or customer satisfaction scoring.
- We have no years behind us. The tools on this page have been answering customers for longer than we have existed.

When not to pick us
- You need a live chat this week. Signup is not open yet.
- You answer the phone, or you want to.
- Most of your customer work is a shared mailbox rather than a chat on your site.
- You need a connector to a tool we have never heard of, and you need it this month.
- You want a product with a long public history and a large pool of people who already know it.
How we checked
- Every figure and every claim about another product comes from a page that company publishes, and each page is linked above.
- The date beside each price is the day we read their page. Prices change, and ours is not the copy to trust about theirs.
- Where their page does not say something, we say that their page does not say it. We do not fill the gap from a review site, and we do not guess a number.
- Their names are used to compare, nothing more. We are not affiliated with any of them, and their product names belong to them.
