What Tidio does better
- Their free plan gives 50 billable conversations a month and 10 seats. Ours gives 2 seats and 20 AI conversations a month, so a small shop gets further on theirs without paying.
- Prices are per plan, not per seat, so putting four more people on the chat does not change the bill. On ATON Desk it does.
- Lyro, their AI agent, is sold on its own from a published monthly price, so you can add AI to a setup you already have.
